Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Manager Mode ("we") for use of Manager Mode at getmanagermode.com. By buying or using Manager Mode you agree to them.

1. The service

Manager Mode is an AI-powered manager for DJs and artists: release kits, weekly recommendations, posting calendars, captions and pitch drafts, based on the data and files you provide.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate info. Keep your login safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans and payment

• Manager Mode: $49/month, with the starter kit (day-one game plan, 7-day crash course, first ad setup and content plan) included at no extra charge. There is no separate one-time fee. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your billing portal or by emailing us; it stops at the end of the current paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice for subscriptions. Taxes may apply.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your music, clips, data and files. You give us a limited license to access and process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload or connect, including samples and footage.

5. Connected services

When you connect Dropbox, Google Drive or Viraly, you also follow their terms. We access them read-only (Dropbox/Drive) and only as you authorize. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes. We never ask for your social media passwords.

6. AI output, no guarantees

Recommendations and text are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Review everything before you post, pitch or sign. We don't guarantee streams, followers, bookings, income or any result. Nothing we provide is legal, financial or tax advice. Some links may be affiliate links.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no illegal content, infringing material, spam, reverse engineering, or attempts to break security or access others' data.

8. Our property

The Manager Mode name, logo, software and templates belong to us. Kits we create for you are yours to use for your own career.

9. Ending

You can stop anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
